bellflower hollow

Settled at the base of the mountain where the temple of the silent light resides, bellflower hollow was one of the first towns settled by fae in the region. It's about as traditional fae as one can get; it's hard to say where the forest ends and the village begins because there's really no distinction. There's a dirt road that splits off the highway and brings you through a vast hemlock forest, where the trees are nearly as thick as skyscrapers. Quaint, wooden manors and houses sprout up between the pillars, and creep up the sides of the trees, built up like stairs. Wooden bridges string from branch to branch and cobbled stone staircases lined with hanging lamps bring you to the highest buildings. Groups of bellflower drape over the branches, while fireflies the size of hands twinkle from the lamps and stained glass windows.
